Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Security Administration/Visitor Control professional in Bedford, MA to support entry control, program security administration, and personnel security tasks for the chief of security.

You will verify identifications, manage visitor logs, badges, and assist in bag inspections and emergency procedures while ensuring compliance with clearance requirements and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in program security is preferred but entry-level training is possible.
• Must demonstrate ability to manage visitor control and access procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check identification of visitors and sponsor clearances.
• Log visitors, issue badges, and notify hosts of arrivals.
• Inspect bags and entries to prevent prohibited items.
• Receive and distribute packages per SOPs.
• Maintain access badges and assist with emergency procedures.
