You will support IoT projects, coordinate with GSOC and system administrators, and ensure compliance with security standards, after-hours responses, and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise IT and physical security infrastructure.
• Experience with Axis, Hanwha cameras, Milestone Video Servers, CCure badging systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing, documenting, maintaining IP security cameras, video servers, and security badging systems
• Keeping up to date documentation
• Making sure our system is following current security standards
• Working with GSOC and able to respond in an after-hours emergency
• Collaborate with System and Network Administrators to support project deployments including software updates, system upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
• Camera setup and maintenance in office and warehouse
• Keeping appropriate inventory is maintained to meet normal client demand
• Incidents and other requests are resolved and fulfilled to a very high level of quality and customer satisfaction
• Plan, implement, upgrade of cameras and security systems
• Vendor management and project coordination
