The ideal candidate will have CDL Class B or higher with passenger endorsement, CPR/AED/First Aid certifications, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, transportation or related field.
• CDL Class B or higher with passenger endorsement (or obtain within six months).
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications (or obtain within three months).
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for community security and transportation operations.
• Ensure a safe, secure, welcoming environment for residents, team members and visitors.
