The role partners with leadership to align safety initiatives, uphold regulatory requirements, and promote professionalism and resident satisfaction across all operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in security, law enforcement, emergency services, transportation, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of management experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid CDL with passenger endorsement (or obtain within six months).
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (or obtain within three months).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for security, transportation, and EMT/EMR operations as applicable.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
