Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Security Transport Coordinator for 1st shift with significant travel. You will manage all Security and Loss Prevention functions at the facility, assess policy effectiveness, and drive shrink reduction while protecting assets.

The role emphasizes investigations, audits, reporting, and collaboration with Legal, HR, and Operations to maintain a safe workplace. Domestic travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Experience in a security or loss prevention environment with duties focused on investigation of fraudulent activities, security audits and development of awareness programs.
• Experience responding to inquiries or complaints from customers, law enforcement, regulators or business community.
• Knowledge of and experience with security systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage security awareness programs to reduce fraudulent losses and promote safety.
• Initiate investigations with Site Security Manager based on loss trends and reports.
• Conduct security audits and surveys to detect vulnerabilities or policy violations.
• Assist field ops in creating action plans for compliance and secure environments.
• Cultivate relationships with business operations and HR teams across geography.
• Develop and provide security reports for regional leadership on ongoing activities.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and other departments and vendors.
