Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years in security or loss prevention, and experience with investigative methods and security systems. Flexibility to work outside regular hours is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Experience in a security or loss prevention environment with duties focused on investigations, security audits and awareness programs.
• Experience responding to inquiries or complaints from customers, law enforcement, regulators or business community.
• Knowledge of and experience with security systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage security awareness programs to reduce losses and promote safety.
• Initiate investigations with Site Security Manager based on loss trends and reports.
• Conduct security audits to detect vulnerabilities or policy violations.
• Assist operations in creating action plans for compliance and safe work environment.
• Build relationships with business operations and HR teams.
• Develop and provide security reports to regional leadership.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and others as needed.
