Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator, Security for our Bethlehem, PA facility to manage all security and loss prevention functions and protect assets.

You will lead investigations and security programs, and coordinate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and operations to maintain a safe environment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience in security or loss prevention, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Experience in a security or loss prevention environment with duties focused on investigations, audits and awareness programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage security awareness programs to prevent fraudulent losses and promote safety.
• Initiate investigations with Site Security Manager based on loss trends and reports.
• Conduct security audits and surveys to detect vulnerabilities and policy violations.
• Assist operations in action plans for compliance and secure work environment.
• Build relationships with business operations and HR teams across the region.
• Develop and provide security reports to leadership on ongoing activities and initiatives.
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and other departments and external agencies.
