Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Security Transport Coordinator to manage security and loss prevention within the facility, coordinate investigations, and support safeguarding company assets. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5 years in loss prevention, and training in investigative methods; occasional travel and collaboration with Legal, HR and Internal Audit are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Experience in security or loss prevention with audits and awareness programs.
• Experience handling inquiries from customers, law enforcement, regulators.
• Knowledge of and experience with security systems.
• 5 years of Loss Prevention/Asset Protection experience.
• Formal investigative training (Reid/Wicklander-Zulawski or similar) and CFI certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage security awareness programs that contribute to prevention and reduction of fraudulent losses while promoting team member safety.
• Initiate investigations in partnership with the Site Security Manager based on loss trends and reports.
• Conduct security audits and surveys to detect vulnerabilities or policy violations.
• Assist field operations in developing action plans to ensure compliance and secure operations.
