Job summary

Jobtailor in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Security and Loss Prevention Manager to lead security programs at the assigned facility. You will drive audits, awareness initiatives, and investigations in collaboration with the Site Security Manager and cross-functional teams.

The role requires up to 75% travel, strong investigative and communication skills, and proficiency with security systems and TSA procedures. Real ID or passport and CFI certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• Experience in a security or loss prevention environment focused on investigating fraudulent activities, conducting security audits, and developing security/loss prevention awareness programs and presentations
• Experience responding to inquiries or complaints from customers, law enforcement, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
• Knowledge of and experience with security systems
• Must be able to travel up to 75%
• Must possess a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport to comply with federal travel regulations
• Familiarity with TSA security procedures
• Ability to travel domestically by road, rail, and air
• 5 years of Loss Prevention/Asset Protection experience preferred
• Formal investigative and interview training and CFI certification preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data for the intended audience

• Conduct security audits and surveys to identify vulnerabilities or policy and procedure violations
• Assist field operations in developing action plans for operational and control compliance and physical and protection measures
• Build and maintain relationships with business operations and Human Resources teams within the assigned geographic area
• Develop and provide security reports and documents for regional leadership
• Coordinate with Legal, HR, Internal Audit, vendors, regulatory agencies, and law enforcement
• Travel domestically as required by road, rail, and air
