Responsibilities

• Train employees and conduct new employee orientation and licensing.
• Document training for licensing and client contracts.
• Assess training needs with managers and develop schedules.
• Prepare instructional materials and maintain training records.
• Monitor trainee progress and report on training outcomes.
• Perform related duties as required.
