Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Minimum two years of training and field supervision in security or related field.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; firearms and defensive tactics knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct required training programs for new hires and current staff.
• Monitor and evaluate training activities for program effectiveness.
• Present information using varied instructional methods and materials.
• Maintain QA/QC plans and perform audits and inspections as required.
• Travel as needed to training locations and complete documentation.
