Job summary

GardaWorld Security is seeking a Training Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead design and delivery of high-quality training programs for security personnel and staff, promoting a culture of excellence, compliance and continuous improvement. The role supports daily site operations, including scheduling and supervisory duties, and collaborates across departments to align training with organizational goals.

Travel may be required; opportunities for growth exist.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in security/physical security training or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering multi-format training programs.
• Experience with scheduling and workforce coordination is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for security and staff (classroom, online, self-study).
• Create and manage monthly/quarterly training calendars with leadership.
• Ensure licensing and contract training requirements are met and documented.
