GardaWorld Security in Locust Grove, GA seeks a Site Training Manager to design and deliver high-quality training for security personnel and staff, driving excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement to ensure teams are confident and prepared.

The role collaborates with HR, Compliance, and department leaders, develops calendars, and delivers multi-format training (classroom, online, self-study). Maintains records and supports recruitment while upholding ethics and safety.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 3–5 years in training/security/law enforcement with QA, licensing, and contract compliance.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record meeting company standards.
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs (classroom, online, self-study) for staff.
• Create and manage monthly/quarterly training calendars with leadership.
• Conduct initial, refresher, and specialized training to meet licensing and contract requirements.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance data.
• Coach and evaluate field training officers and support their development.
• Provide security awareness training during onboarding and ongoing sessions.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and department leaders to align training with organizational goals.
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities as Training Manager

• Develop and deliver training programs (classroom, online, self-study) for security and non-security staff.
• Create and manage monthly/quarterly training calendars in coordination with leadership.
• Conduct initial, refresher, and specialized training to meet licensing and contract requirements.
• Monitor training effectiveness and staff performance; adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and performance data.
• Coach and evaluate field training officers and support their development.
• Provide security awareness training during onboarding and ongoing sessions.
• Act as a resource for staff on training and security-related questions.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, and department leaders to align training with organizational goals.
• Recommend improvements to training delivery and security service effectiveness.
• Support recruiting and hiring processes when needed.
• Maintain certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid, AED) and stay current on policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally; maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate staff performance in real-world scenarios to ensure training compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a training/security/law enforcement environment with a combined concentration of quality assurance, quality control, open-platform training, licensing and credentials, and contract compliance/investigations.
• A valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company vehicle and insurance eligibility standards.
• Prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, and/or military is a plus.
• Possess superb multi-tasking ability and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experienced in mentoring and evaluating staff and field training officers.
