Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Trainer to lead curriculum development and delivery across a range of security topics for ongoing contracts.

You will present content assigned by Operations leadership, conduct practical exercises, and develop training materials including manuals and multimedia aids. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in training or security education, instructional design experience, and CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in training, education, instruction, or security training administration environment or equivalent.
• Certified instructor for CPR, AED and Adult First Aid (Red Cross, ASHA, etc.).
• Experience applying instructional design / learning development methodologies.
• Ability to develop training programs, PPTs, syllabus, testing material, etc.
• Proven ability to deliver training to groups and manage multiple tasks in changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development and training delivery for assigned topics.
• Present instructional content as directed by Operations leadership.
• Conduct practical exercises in addition to lectures and presentations.
• Research and provide recommendations on security program policies and training requirements.
• Create and maintain training manuals, multimedia aids and other educational materials.
• Ensure compliance with internal/external mandates and records requirements.
