Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking a Training Manager for the Houston Metro operation. You will oversee the development, coordination, and delivery of all training programs for both unarmed and armed officers, ensuring compliance with contractual and licensing requirements.

You will provide leadership to instructors, manage performance, schedule training, and drive continual improvement across the account while maintaining accurate records and supporting emergency response readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years combined experience in security, law enforcement, or military, with at least 3 years in supervisory/training leadership.
• Texas DPS commissioned security officer license is required.
• Instructor certification preferred but not required.
• Experience managing training programs for large-scale or government-supported security operations.
• Strong knowledge of weapons safety, use of force standards, and Texas licensing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic training record systems; Track-Tick a plus.
