Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to coordinate and deliver training programs for Security Officers and other staff.

You will ensure compliance with legally mandated, contractual, and company requirements, develop schedules, use varied instructional methods, and maintain training records.

The role may include on-site training during day, evening, or overnight shifts, and cross-functional collaboration with site managers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 1 year of experience in security or equivalent
• Knowledge of training techniques suitable for different learning styles
• Ability to use audio-visual equipment and personal computers
• Oral and written communications and presentation skills
• Planning, organizing, record maintenance and project coordination skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training programs for Security Officers and staff
• Conduct new employee orientation and mandatory licensing training
• Develop training schedules and coordinate activities to avoid conflicts with client service
• Document training for licensing and client contracts
• Maintain records and prepare reports to evaluate training performance
