• Lead, hire, and develop a team of systems development engineers.
• Own the infrastructure and operations roadmap for security tooling, from design through deployment and sustainment.
• Drive automation of infrastructure as code, configuration management, and deployment to reduce manual work.
• Set operational excellence standards, including availability and health metrics, monitoring, and on-call health.
• Partner with software development, security engineering, TPM, and Government stakeholders to prioritize work and remove blockers.
• Report operational performance, risks, and results clearly to senior leadership.
