Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant security systems experience.
• 2 years' experience in security systems OR 4 years' experience in security systems.
• Experience with fire alarm and intrusion systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical support processes for advanced alarm programming and security system devices, resolving complex troubleshooting issues.
• Develop and implement analytics to enhance operational efficiencies and evaluate ongoing project effectiveness.
• Lead security technology projects by interpreting blueprints, coordinating resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate project plans and progress to stakeholders and team members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop associates, promoting continuous learning and performance excellence.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and safety protocols while driving improvements and innovation.
