Qualifications

• Alternatively, 8 years’ experience in related area.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage large-scale technical programs with multiple dependencies, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver AI-specific end-to-end technology solutions, resolving ambiguities and driving clarity.
• Oversee system design discussions, ensuring scalability, high availability, and operational excellence.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and manage issues to maintain program momentum.
• Communicate progress and risks effectively to stakeholders, fostering alignment and informed decision‑making.
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing scalable workflows and automation frameworks.
• Mentor team members on best practices in program and technical management.
