Job summary

Red Hat, LLC is seeking a Security Technical Account Manager for the Global Services Cross-Platform Team. You will be a subject matter expert in security, app development practices (Java/Python/JavaScript), and Red Hat Enterprise ecosystem including RHEL, Satellite, and Ansible automation, mentoring deployed teams and coordinating with engineering and product groups.

Qualifications

• Associates' or Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a technical discipline.
• RHCE/RHCA security certifications preferred (CISSP, CCSP, Security+ etc.).
• 10+ years in a security, customer support, development, engineering or QA role.
• Experience in agile, scrum, and DevOps environments.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and business drivers.
• CI/CD concepts and release engineering experience.
• Experience with RHEL, Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Product Security and partners on behalf of customers.
• Bridge customer ops and security teams with guidance on security paradigms.
• Provide analytical support for proactive security monitoring and incidents.
• Mentor security and operations staff on security best practices.
• Coordinate Project Lightwell scanning, triage, patching, and backporting with customers.
