Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Security Technical Account Manager to support customers in Project Lightwell. You will act as a security expert across the Red Hat Enterprise ecosystem, mentoring teams and guiding security practices for RH software and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

Associates' or Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a technical discipline (required).
10+ years of experience in security-related roles or related fields.
Experience in agile, scrum, and DevOps teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage and grow enterprise customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Liaise with product security and partners on behalf of customers.
Guide customers on security paradigms and best practices for RH software.
Provide analytical support for proactive security monitoring and incident response.
Mentor security and operations staff on security attributes and practices.
Collaborate with engineering and consulting teams to accelerate software delivery at scale.
