Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead complex security integration initiatives, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and deliver high customer satisfaction. You will plan, execute and close projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure quality and on-time delivery across multiple engagements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2–5 years in security project management, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or 5 years in a security industry position.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven leadership in coordinating multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated problem solving, conflict resolution, and relationship building.
• Proficient with scheduling tools and MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects using standard PM techniques.
• Develop project plans, scope documents, SOWs, charters and schedules.
• Define scope, effort, timeframes, funding, staffing and metrics.
• Create sub-plans: communications, QA, resource, procurement, deployment.
• Manage issues, risks, changes, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Allocate resources, track performance, ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Report on key metrics and customer satisfaction; mentor new team members.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure successful project completion.
