Responsibilities

• Effectively plan, execute, monitor and control, and close projects using appropriate methods.
• Develop planning documents: project plans, scope documents, SOWs, charters, schedules.
• Create sub-plans: communications, quality assurance, resources, procurement, deployment.
• Manage project scope, issues, risks, changes, and financials.
• Identify and prioritize change requests and re-plan as needed.
• Set expectations with resource managers regarding allocation and performance.
