Job summary

Campbell's is hiring a Lead Engineer, Physical Security Technology & Modern Endpoint Platforms to drive strategy and governance for enterprise security tech, including access control, video systems, and badge programs. You will also back up the Lead Engineer for modern device platforms and collaborate across security, infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams.

You will guide platform configurations, upgrades, and standards while providing hands-on support for major deployments and ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years designing or supporting enterprise physical security tech.
Hands-on with access control, video, visitor management, badging, alarms.
Experience integrating security across networking, identity, compute, storage, monitoring.
Experience with Intune/EM and endpoint platforms (Windows/iOS/Android).
Strong documentation, standards and runbooks creation.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, strategy, governance, lifecycle of physical security platforms.
Design, implement and support access control, video, visitor management, alarm systems.
Develop standards, runbooks, procedures and baselines.
Align roadmaps with safety, security, and business objectives.
Collaborate with Digital Infrastructure, Hybrid Cloud, and security teams.
Provide hands-on support for major deployments and upgrades.
Manage vendors, MSPs, carriers, and partners.
Oversee governance, inventory, service quality, and incident response.
