Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Lead Engineer, Physical Security Technology & Modern Endpoint Platforms in New Jersey. You will lead the strategy and lifecycle of security platforms guarding people, facilities and assets while guiding endpoint mobility projects with cross-functional teams.

Your role supports security, infrastructure, cloud, and operational teams; you will mentor engineers, drive modernization and ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IT/Engineering/Cybersecurity.
• 5+ years designing or supporting enterprise physical security solutions.
• Hands-on with access control, video surveillance, visitor management, badging or alarms.
• Experience integrating security tech across networking, identity, compute, storage, monitoring.
• Knowledge of Intune/Endpoint management and supporting Windows, iOS, Android devices.
• Ability to balance security, usability, resiliency and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, strategy, governance and lifecycle of enterprise physical security platforms.
• Design, implement and support access control, video surveillance, visitor management and alarm systems.
• Develop standards, runbooks, baselines and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with security, facilities, manufacturing and digital teams to align roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, regulatory requirements and safety expectations.
• Provide hands-on support for major deployments, site expansions and upgrades.
• Manage vendor relationships and service providers; oversee governance and inventory.
• Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis and service restoration activities.
• Mentor engineers and drive cost optimization and modernization initiatives.
