Covenant Living Communities and Services in Maryville, MO is seeking a Security Supervisor to coordinate, oversee and schedule security staff, ensuring safety for residents, staff and property. You will also perform guard duties on shift and hire/train guards to organizational standards.

Responsibilities include leading a security team, managing WorxHub tasks, preparing weekly schedules, and conducting performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience leading a team or serving as a lead security guard.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, oversee, supervise and schedule Security staff who provide building and property security.
• Lead the team to ensure safety of buildings, residents and staff; perform Security Guard duties on shift.
• Hire, orient, and train guards to organization standards for post orders and duties.
• Manage WorxHub tasks and provide work direction for completion.
• Prepare and communicate weekly schedule for guards; adjust as needed.
• Manage performance evaluations and corrective action.
