Job summary

Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a Team Lead, Security for its Fairless Hills, PA facility. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safety, security, professionalism, and strict adherence to site procedures while guiding the day-to-day activities of the Security Officers.

Ideal candidates have security experience and some lead or supervisory background, with strong communication and decision-making skills. Training on 10:00 AM–6:00 PM for about six months precedes the 2nd Shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior security experience is strongly preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in an active industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Security Officer activities.
• Ensure security procedures and site requirements are followed.
• Control facility access and verify personnel and visitors.
• Conduct facility patrols and routine security checks.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and surveillance systems.
• Assist with incident reports and security documentation.
