Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years performing related functions within the Security industry.
• LenelS2 programming certifications preferred.
• Basic understanding of MS Office Software especially Excel.
• Demonstrated ability as a team-player.
• Able to multi-task and adapt to changing demands.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• OSHA 30 certification is required or willingness to obtain.
• Security Technicians will be responsible for providing basic hand tools.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands basic security drawings.
• Performs field device terminations.
• Wires maglock circuits per drawings and instructions.
• Performs Low-Voltage cabling, wiring, and cable management.
• Measures AC and DC voltage.
• Programs LenelS2 systems.
• Measurers continuity and resistance.
• Defines Fail Safe vs. Fail Secure devices; normally open/closed devices.
• Completes daily update log and project status.
• Maintains customer focus and safety awareness.
• Assists Project Managers with weekly review of job status.
