Cushman & Wakefield in Austin, TX is seeking a Security Systems Level S2 Technician to design, configure, maintain, and optimize Lenel S2 access control platforms, CCTV/VMS, and intrusion systems across enterprise facilities. The role requires Lenel S2 certification, 3–5+ years in physical security or low-voltage systems, and strong network skills.

You will work with IT and facilities teams on deployments, upgrades, and incident responses while ensuring NEC/OSHA compliance and documenting

Qualifications

• Lenel S2 Certification required and experience with Lenel S2 systems.
• 3–5+ years in physical security, low-voltage systems, or controls engineering.
• Experience with enterprise IP-based video surveillance and access control integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support Lenel S2 access control systems.
• Design and implement system enhancements and integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and lifecycle upgrades on physical security systems.
• Support IP-based video surveillance configurations and network connectivity.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors for escalations and project delivery.
• Ensure NEC/OSHA compliance and maintain system documentation.
