Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a Senior Electronic Security Systems Technician for a long-term contract in Leavenworth, KS. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a range of low voltage systems, working directly with customers to keep critical operations up and running.

Required 5+ years in low voltage service, Software House and Lenel On-Guard certifications, and DoD Secret Clearance or higher. Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively with project teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in low voltage service.
• Software House and Lenel On-Guard certifications.
• DoD Secret Clearance or higher.
• Knowledge of intrusion detection/alarm, access control, CCTV, and structured cabling.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience in government or high-security environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain low voltage systems.
• Diagnose system issues and implement effective, timely solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Program and configure systems as needed.
• Document service work clearly and accurately (reports, updates, system changes).
• Provide on-site customer support and basic system training.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and company vehicle.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards, company expectations, and applicable codes.
