Qualifications

• 5 years in low-voltage or security industry.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Ability to pass thorough background and identity checks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot intrusion, IP CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems.
• Readjust equipment, repair, or replace inoperative components and test operation.
• Coordinate inspections and installations with police, fire departments, or other agencies.
• Assist fellow technicians with system repairs and complete minor repairs including battery replacement.
• Test system operation with customer monitoring center and establish service connectivity.
• Complete all forms and customer paperwork as required.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
