Qualifications
5 years in low-voltage or security industry.
Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
Ability to pass thorough background and identity checks.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot intrusion, IP CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems.
Readjust equipment, repair, or replace inoperative components and test operation.
Coordinate inspections and installations with police, fire departments, or other agencies.
Assist fellow technicians with system repairs and complete minor repairs including battery replacement.
Test system operation with customer monitoring center and establish service connectivity.
Complete all forms and customer paperwork as required.
Provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.
