Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure uptime and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues individually or as a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize availability.
• Document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system.
• Produce quality technical documentation describing system deployment for technical and non-technical readers.
• Perform pre-deployment end-to-end testing of upgrades and major modifications.
• Perform on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.
