Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Technician to install and configure access control devices, CCTV cameras, NVRs, and related security hardware at client sites. You will work under project managers, coordinating field technicians to meet milestones across new construction and retrofit projects.

The role requires certifications in VMS and at least one access control system, plus basic security system configuration experience.

Qualifications

• Hold certifications in at least two VMS systems.
• Hold certification in at least one access control system.
• Minimum one year of basic configuration experience with physical security systems.
• Certification from at least one camera manufacturer.
• OSHA-10 certification required.
• Field Technician experience of at least two years.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Install access control devices and electrified door hardware.
• Configure access control panels and power supplies.
• Install and program CCTV cameras (analog/IP).
• Install and program NVRs and VMS platforms.
• Lay out and install cable and pathway systems for security networks.
• Lead a team of field technicians under project managers.
• Maintain high quality control and safety standards.
• Provide end-user training and participate in commissioning and testing.
