SciensBuilding Solutions is seeking an experienced Security Systems Technician with programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting capabilities. This role works with the sales team, field project teams, and clients to ensure sound design and seamless installation of security system solutions.

You will install, program, and commission access control, CCTV, and voice/data systems, produce field surveys and logs, and deliver projects on schedule while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years in a technician role within the building security systems industry.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, and voice/data systems.
• Ability to program and commission security systems.

Responsibilities

• Review system layouts and coordinate with engineering, project management, and sales for project success.
• Install, program, and commission access control, CCTV, and voice/data systems.
• Produce field surveys and daily project logs.
• Program, commission, and obtain customer acceptance.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement effective resolutions.
