HCI Systems Inc. seeks a Security Service Technician to inspect, test, service and repair Access Control, CCTV and Intrusion Systems in medium to large commercial buildings in the Los Angeles area.

The role involves responding to emergency and scheduled service calls, testing systems after repairs and performing maintenance on customer sites. Candidates should be skilled in wiring, programming, and interpreting technical documents, with strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient use of MS Office for documentation and reporting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for on-site interactions.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency and scheduled service calls for Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Systems.
• Test systems after repairs to ensure performance.
• Perform maintenance on customer sites and install/repair wiring and control panels.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals for installations and repairs.
• Communicate with customers and coordinate with other contractors on-site.
