Job summary

HCI Systems Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Security Service Technician to inspect, service, and repair access control, CCTV and intrusion systems in medium to large commercial buildings.

You will respond to service calls, test systems after repairs, and coordinate with customers and other contractors on site. The role requires driving a valid license, strong communication, and physical ability to work at heights and lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Proficient with MS Office and field reporting.
• Able to perform physical labor and work at heights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls for installation, programming or repair of access control, CCTV and intrusion systems.
• Test systems after repairs to ensure proper operation.
• Perform maintenance visits at commercial sites.
• Install, diagnose and repair wiring and control panels for security systems.
• Maintain CCTV, access control and intrusion components including power supplies and software.
• Read blueprints and manuals to guide installations and service.
• Interact professionally with customers and other contractors on site.
