Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks a Program Supervisor IV to lead the security system operations at Kerrville State Hospital. The role focuses on supervising electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and telecommunications, ensuring compliance and safety for staff and patients.

The position requires advanced supervisory skills, knowledge of schematics/blueprints, and experience with CAFM/CAPPS.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of large complex video systems and software.
• Knowledge of access control systems.
• Knowledge of multi frequency radio communication devices.
• Knowledge of other electronic systems including A/V, video conferencing, paging, and intercom systems.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees the facility’s Video Surveillance System operations.
• Oversees the Access Control System program goals and incident response.
• Plans equipment requirements and supervises installation and maintenance of security systems.
• Supervises telecommunications equipment and infrastructure upgrades.
• Manages contracts and vendors for security system maintenance.
