Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our operations in the Oklahoma City, OK area. The pay rate depends on experience, starting from $31+ /hr. This individual will perform skilled security technician work, including service, troubleshooting, alteration, and programming of security systems. Responsibilities include supporting Digi's operations through custom programming, training, and technical advisement. Candidates must have an expert background in installing and servicing Access Control, CCTV, and Burglar/Intrusion Alarm Systems, with at least five (5) years of experience in the commercial security systems field.

Main Responsibilities

• Service: Maintain professional service standards for access control, CCTV, and alarm systems, including training and explaining solutions to partners.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues on partner systems and provide diagnostic reports. Work on various systems as needed.
• Programming: Ensure systems are programmed to high standards, including customized programming to meet partner needs.
• Communication: Maintain respectful communication with partners and internal staff regarding service progress and updates.
• Documentation: Complete service documentation, partner meetings, and close-out procedures for invoicing.
