Job summary

Clear Cloud Solutions, located in Upland, CA, seeks a Project and Service Coordinator to act as the operational hub of the Service department. You will schedule technicians, manage tickets, coordinate projects, and liaise with clients and vendors from our Upland headquarters.

The role requires 2+ years in service/project coordination, knowledge of security systems, and proficiency in MS Office and Asana. A California driver’s license and ability to pass a federal background check are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a service coordinator, project coordinator, or project manager.
• Working knowledge of security systems, low-voltage, electrical, or related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Valid California driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day Service department operations and service calls.
• Manage service ticket intake and distribution to technicians.
• Serve as liaison with client service coordinators and provide updates on open service notifications.
• Build and maintain schedules for multiple projects in Asana.
• Obtain quotes, purchase, and manage materials from vendors for projects and service.
• Prepare biweekly reports on open and on-hold service notifications.
