The Account Manager is responsible for estimating, quote generation and project management of assigned Accounts, along with project reporting and ensuring quality installations and customer

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in servicing and installing electronic security systems.
• Strong knowledge of security concepts and security service.
• Subcontracting and people management skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical documents.
• Networking, computer/server management skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimate, quote and manage projects for assigned accounts.
• Generate accurate project reports and maintain client communications.
• Ensure quality installations and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise installation technicians and coordinate with project managers and designers.
• Travel to job sites as needed to support projects.
