Job summary

DH Pace Company in Tempe, Arizona is seeking a Project Manager for the Integrated Security Systems division to lead video, access control and intrusion system projects for commercial customers.

You will direct administrative, engineering and technician resources, ensure on-time completion within budget, review plans, coordinate staffing, and communicate with customers to grow sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Experienced Project Manager/Commercial Security Systems.
• Proficient in Excel or other spreadsheet software and Word.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, organization and project management skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for successful completion of all service, repair/replace and installation of Video, Access Control and Intrusion detection systems.
• Direct activities of administrative, engineering and technician resources to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction on each project.
• Complete responsibility of ensuring Access Control, CCTV and other related security products are properly installed and working to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities
• Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority and provide technical advice/troubleshooting
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems
• Responsible for financial success of projects.
• Other duties may be assigned.
