DH Pace Company in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Project Manager for Integrated Security Systems. Lead planning, coordination with engineering, sales and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and proven experience in commercial security projects, with strong communication and organizational skills. Travel 5-15% expected.

Qualifications

Project Manager - Integrated Security Systems

Overview

DH Pace Company is seeking a Project Manager for the Integrated Security Systems division located in Tempe, Arizona. We sell, service and install security system equipment for commercial customers. DH Pace is a family-owned and privately held company with extensive experience in distribution, installation, maintenance, and repair of security products for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for successful completion of all service, repair/replace and installation of Video, Access Control and Intrusion detection systems.
• Direct activities of administrative, engineering and technician resources to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction on each project.
• Ensure Access Control, CCTV and related security products are properly installed and functioning to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities.
• Review project plans and specs to determine time frame, budget parameters, field staffing requirements and resource allocation for project phases.
• Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority while providing technical advice and troubleshooting.
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep the project on schedule and within budget; review status reports and adjust as needed.
• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or resolve problems.
• Responsible for the financial success of projects.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
