Job summary

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, collaboration with customers and subcontractors, and a focus on safety and quality. A minimum of 2 years in video surveillance is preferred, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Service systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems and more.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide customer training and on-site assessments for service needs.
• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
• Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge of parts, numbers and descriptions.
• Other duties as assigned.
