Job summary

DH Pace in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Systems Integration Technician with video surveillance experience to service and support integrated security systems on-site. You will work on Access Control, CCTV, and intrusion systems, collaborating with customers and vendors to ensure quality installations and responsive service.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in video surveillance, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Service Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, and related systems.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide on-site assessments and customer training for service needs.
• Promote service contracts and maintain knowledge of parts and equipment.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and accurate job documentation.
• Manage truck inventory and know part numbers and descriptions.

Job Responsibilities

• Service systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems and more.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide customer training and handle on-site assessments for service needs.
• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
• Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge and understanding of all parts, part numbers and part descriptions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems preferred
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
