Job summary

Tech Systems Inc. (TSi) is seeking an experienced Electronic Security Project Manager to drive the delivery of integrated security projects from kickoff to customer acceptance.

You will collaborate with customers, account managers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires 3+ years managing electronic security or related projects, with hands-on experience in access control, video surveillance, and IP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading electronic security or systems integration projects.
• Experience with access control, video surveillance, and integrated security systems.
• Ability to read project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic security installation projects from award through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, technicians, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project execution.
• Review project scope, drawings, and BOM to ensure project readiness.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, labor utilization, and overall performance.
• Oversee system commissioning, programming validation, testing, and customer acceptance.
• Identify and resolve project risks, technical issues, and schedule challenges.
