Securitas Technology, a global leader in integrated security solutions, is seeking an Embedded Administrative Specialist to support the Service Team. You will coordinate projects, provide operational support, and help deliver secure, integrated deployments using Pro-Watch, Genetec, LifeSafety Power, and Axis/Bosch cameras.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, with opportunities to grow into a leadership position within Centralized Services.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 3–5 years of experience in security system integration, operations, or project coordination.
• Working knowledge of Honeywell Pro-Watch, Genetec VMS, LifeSafety Power, Axis and Bosch cameras.
• Familiarity with access control, surveillance, low-voltage cabling, and electronic locking devices.
• Strong organizational and client-focused communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, coordination, and tracking of security integration projects from initiation through completion.
• Serve as point of contact for clients regarding scheduling, updates, and minor troubleshooting requests.
• Acquire hourly/daily status and generate reports on projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintain project documentation including work orders, equipment lists, change orders, logs, and status reports.
• Create and distribute project schedules and spreadsheets.
• Provide technical support for Pro-Watch, Genetec VMS, LifeSafety Power, and Axis/Bosch cameras under senior supervision.
• Perform project-specific activities supporting Centralized Services.
