Job summary

Securitas Technology seeks a Project Manager to lead complex system integration projects, coordinating planning, execution, and closeout with cross-functional teams and customers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years in security-related PM or 5+ years in PM.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven history of leading multiple projects and managing >$1M programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects using PM practices.
• Develop planning documents such as project plans, SOWs, charters, schedules.
• Create sub-plans: communications, quality assurance, resource, procurement, deployment.
• Manage project issues, risks, changes, reporting, and budgeting.
• Coordinate with customers and stakeholders; ensure clear communication.
• Ensure quality assurance/quality control throughout project lifecycle.
• Execute project closeout activities and turnover to operations.
• Coach and mentor new team members; identify lessons learned.
