Job summary

IREN is seeking a Security Systems Program Manager in Fort Worth to lead enterprise-scale physical security design, integration, and lifecycle management across offices and data centres. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate with IT, facilities and vendors, and ensure systems meet risk and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee CCTV, access control and intrusion protection, manage budgets and KPIs, and guide upgrades and incident response.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise physical security systems in large organizations.
• 3+ years in project management related to physical security systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operation and system health for enterprise security across sites (CCTV, VMS, access control).
• Manages installation, operation and maintenance of physical security systems in fast-paced environments.
• Acts as project manager and technical lead for large security engineering initiatives.
• Develops master program plan: timelines, milestones, resources, budgets.
• Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget with clear accountability.
• Coordinates design specifications and change management between internal teams and vendors.
