Job summary

Systematix is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to support a portfolio of enterprise InfoSec initiatives. The role emphasizes execution and coordination across operating units in a matrixed global environment.

You will partner with cybersecurity leadership, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are effectively managed and risks mitigated, delivering on schedule. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing enterprise IT projects, including cybersecurity initiatives.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs in enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud security, data protection, and OT/security governance.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder facilitation, and leadership.
• Able to discuss technical cybersecurity topics with engineers/architects.
• Create and manage plans, roadmaps, dashboards, RAID logs, exec reports.
• Drive accountability and momentum in matrixed organizations.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery.
• Proficient with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, ServiceNow.
• PMP certification is an asset.
• Exposure to manufacturing security or OT cybersecurity is an asset.
• Experience in large global enterprises is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity and information security initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end project execution: planning, scheduling, risk management, issues.
• Facilitate meetings with clear ownership and action items.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and executive materials.
• Coordinate across cross-functional stakeholders in a complex enterprise.
• Partner with cybersecurity engineers, architects, vendors, and service providers.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining momentum and delivery discipline.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to all levels, including executives.
• Support governance, infrastructure, cloud, OT/security, and data protection efforts.
• Drive alignment across operating companies with varying priorities.
