Job summary

Lennar in Irving, TX is seeking a Security Program Manager within the Resilience and Security Services team to run the enterprise assurance program aligned with NIST CSF controls.

You will partner with GRC and Privacy, manage cross-functional workstreams, and serve as the primary liaison to internal and external audit teams and regulators.

This role emphasizes disciplined program management, policy governance, evidence management, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT project/program management, audit, risk, or governance.
• Experience leading multi-workstream initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise assurance program and multi-workstream delivery.
• Maintain the annual assurance calendar and evidence lifecycle.
• Own the policy library and policy lifecycle across Lennar IT.
• Oversee evidence library and audit responses with a no-surprises approach.
• Coordinate with audit teams and regulators as Lennar's liaison.
• Support policy owners with guidance and collaborative sessions.
• Oversee system-of-record decisions for policy/evidence (SharePoint/AuditBoard).
